Screenshot or Screen Capture Software

- Reporting Problems to support people: Consider using a screenshot software. Screenshots, and captures screen regions, windows, buttons, toolbars are a great way to report problems to web designers, document writers, software developers, system developers and others support organizations.  Send them the Screenshots of the problem(s) you encountered. Some can be distributed for free, some for a modest price.

An easy way:

To capture your screen as an image:

• Press PrintScreen key on your keyboard
• Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint (wait for Paint application display)
• In Paint, select Edit -> Paste
• The picture (screenshot) of your screen will appear in Paint
• You can now save it as a file (bmp, Jpg,...). Select the File -> Save As command.

If you want to capture only the active window and not the complete screen, Press ALT - CTRL - PrintScreen.

You can also use any other graphic application beside Paint.
